Welcome to Ealing.com, where we offer Ealing.com Branded Email services, providing custom city-based email addresses for personal and business use. By using this service or any related products, software, or services provided by Ealing.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions and any additional policies or guidelines (collectively, the “Terms”). 1. USE OF SERVICES  

Ealing.com provides its Ealing.com Branded Email service to you, provided you are of legal age to enter into a contract and are not barred from receiving services under UK law. To access the service, you must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and performing all activities under your account. Ealing.com is not responsible for any loss arising from your account’s unauthorised use or inaccurate information you provide.  

By using this service, you also agree to the [Google Terms of Service] as our email service provider.

2. EMAIL REGISTRATION AND RENEWAL

Ealing.com holds the sole right to sell and manage branded email addresses under the Ealing.com domain. Registering an email gives you a licence to use the address for your subscription period. Email addresses are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and no guarantees are made regarding the availability of specific addresses.  

You are responsible for tracking and renewing your email subscription before it expires. Failure to renew will result in deactivation of your email address. Automatic billing applies unless otherwise requested. Renewal fees must be paid promptly to avoid service interruptions.

Ownership of email addresses remains with Ealing.com. Email addresses are licensed, not owned, and cannot be transferred or sold without prior written consent. If a user cancels or fails to renew their subscription, the email address may become available for other users.

3. FEES AND PAYMENTS  

All fees for Ealing.com Branded Email services are charged in British pounds sterling (£). By selecting a service, you agree to pay the listed fees along with any applicable taxes. Fees are non-refundable except in cases of billing errors, service interruptions directly caused by Ealing.com, or as otherwise stated.  

Ealing.com reserves the right to modify fees or pricing based on usage, service enhancements, or market conditions. You will be notified of any pricing changes with at least 30 days’ notice.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE  

You are solely responsible for all content and communications associated with your Ealing.com Branded Email account. The service must not be used for illegal activities or to transmit offensive, obscene, or objectionable content.  

Ealing.com reserves the right to remove inappropriate content and suspend accounts for violations of these terms. Serious breaches may result in termination of service without notice.

A. ADMIN ACCESS AND DATA PRIVACY

  1. Limited Admin Access
    • The Ealing.com email service is powered by Google Workspace. While Ealing.com administrators manage account creation, billing, and technical support, they cannot access the contents of your emails, attachments, or other private data stored in your account.
    • This restriction is in place to ensure your privacy and compliance with data protection laws, such as the UK GDPR.
  2. Google Workspace Privacy Protections
    • Google Workspace manages the technical aspects of your email account and adheres to industry-leading security standards to protect your data. For more information, please refer to [Google’s Privacy Policy]..
  3. User Responsibilities
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and securing access to your account. Ealing.com administrators will never request your password.
    • If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact us immediately at support@ealing.com.
  4. Account Management
    • Ealing.com administrators have the ability to reset passwords, suspend accounts, and manage user settings to ensure the smooth operation of the email service. These actions are limited to account management and do not include access to the content of your email.

5. PRIVACY POLICY  

Ealing.com collects and processes personal data by our [Privacy Policy]. By using our services, you consent to our data handling as outlined in our policy and [Google’s Privacy Policy].  

Ealing.com retains personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Upon account termination, personal data will be deleted unless required for legal or administrative purposes.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY  

All software, branding, and content associated with Ealing.com Branded Email are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, or distribute any part of this software or service without prior written consent from Ealing.com.

7. AUTOMATIC UPDATES  

Ealing.com may automatically update its software to enhance service quality and security. By using this service, you agree to the application of such updates.

8. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION  

You may cancel your subscription anytime by providing written notice via the support portal. Subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused periods.  

Ealing.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, violations of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, or other appropriate reasons.

9. LIABILITY LIMITATION  

Ealing.com provides services ” as-is ” and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ealing.com is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from the use or inability to use our services.

10. FORCE MAJEURE  

Ealing.com shall not be held liable for delays or interruptions in service due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or third-party service failures.

 11. CHANGES TO TERMS  

Ealing.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or service notifications at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW  

The laws of the United Kingdom govern these Terms. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in UK courts.
