Ealing.com is a privately owned, independent service. We are not affiliated, associated, authorised, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Ealing Council, Transport for London, or any other public body. The word "Ealing" in our branding refers solely to the geographic district in London.

2. Scope of Services

  • Custom "@ealing.com" email addresses for personal and business use.
  • Local guides, information, and listings for residents and visitors.
  • Other resources we may launch in future.

Services may change or be updated at any time.

3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

  • You must be at least 18 and legally able to form a contract.
  • When registering for email or other paid services, you agree to provide accurate details and keep login data secure.
  • Email addresses are licensed, not sold. They remain the property of Ealing.com.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Non-payment may result in suspension or deletion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our Services for illegal, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content.
  • Infringe the rights of others, or interfere with network security.
  • Misrepresent our site as an official authority.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.

8. Consumer Rights & Refunds
