Ealing.com Email Service Refund Policy
1. Introduction
At Ealing.com, we are committed to providing high-quality email services tailored to your personal and business needs. Due to the nature of our services and the upfront costs associated with provisioning email accounts through Google Workspace, we have established the following refund policy.
2. No Refund Policy
All sales of Ealing.com email services are final. Once a subscription is purchased, we do not offer refunds, partial or complete, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with the service
- Non-usage of the service
3. Subscription Commitment
By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to a commitment for the duration of the subscription term selected at the time of purchase. Early termination of the service does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of the subscription.
4. Service Provisioning
Upon successful payment, your email account will be provided through Google Workspace, incurring immediate costs. These costs are non-recoverable; therefore, we cannot process refunds once the service has been activated.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases where a refund may be warranted due to extenuating circumstances, such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team at support@ealing.com to discuss your situation.
